ACCOMODATION
The Rectory is a charming old country house located opposite the castle of Rocca d’Ajello. It was the home of the Parish Priests of the adjacent church of St. Biagio. It has a living room, two double bedrooms and a single one, a bathroom and a large kitchen with fireplace. There are two sofa beds in the living for a total of 8 beds. Period furniture and WIFI in all the rooms.
ACTIVITIES:
- Free guided visit to the castle and gardens.
- Walks in the grounds and woods of the large surrounding farm to observe wild animals and flowers or to pick asparagus, mushrooms and blackberries. Ideal place for birdwatching.
- Excursions in mountain bike.
TOURISM:
Parks: some of the nearest ones are the National Park of the Sibillini mountains, the Nature Reserve of Abbadia di Fiastra, the Park of Mount Conero on the Adriatic coast, the Caves of Frasassi and many others.
Art Towns: Camerino, San Severino, Matelica, Fabriano, Tolentino, Macerata
Small cities: some of the most beautiful villages or small towns are Cingoli, Esanatoglia, San Ginesio, Sarnano, Montecassiano, Belforte del Chienti, Treia, Gagliole, Fiordimonte
